Lebanese Chicken Skewers

Chicken is one of the lightest white meat, so when you think about it, the first word that comes up is “diet”.…But today’s recipe is really tasty and delicious, furthermore it’s so easy to make.. I hope you like it.. It’s a second plate a little bit different from other plates you’re used to see. We can serve it either in a dish or as a  pita bread sandwich with a mayonnaise dressing and some lettuce..

Difficulty: Easy

Preparation time: Preparation: 10 minutes. Marinate chicken for: 2-3 ore. Cook time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

400g of chicken breast

1 clove of garlic

1/2 cup of white vinegar

1/2 cup of olive oil

1/2 cup of ketchup

salt

pepper

Preparation:

1.  Cut the chicken breast into cubes and then put them in a large bowl.

2. Add white vinegar,and the minced garlic and mix .

3.   Add olive oil, ketchup, salt and pepper,then mix well.

4.   Cover with clingfilm, e leave for 2-3 hours in fridge ( the more the chicken is left in the marinade, more tasty it will be).

5.  After that, slide chicken pieces on to bamboo skewer. Add all completed skewers to a baking dish and
cook in oven for 15 minutes on 180°or until outside is  brown. We can also cook them on bbq or more simply in a pan.
